Caring Crew Christmas Cards for Kids 2026
With the help of volunteers, Caring Crew (www.caringcrew.org) wants to send Christmas Cards to the kids that we have met and grown to love during our past projects. We want them to know we care and are still thinking of them. Whether you have volunteered with us in the past, or just want to send some love, everybody is welcome to participate!
Who: ANYONE (you, your kid, a class, group of friends, work cohort, etc.) can do this! Feel free to buy or make a card, and then write as many cards as you would like! The kids would love to hear from you.
Where Are They Going? Nairobi, Kenya (Imani Rehabilitation Agency, https://imanikids.org; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (Club Vallarta, ClubVallarta.org); La Romana, Dominican Republic (Orfanato Niños de Cristo, https://www.ninosdecristo.com); Panama (https://www.instagram.com/localinptykids/); Puerto Rico (Fundación Pequeño Campeón de Jesús, https://www.facebook.com/share/1Aipt8qKZm/?mibextid=wwXIfr, Hogar Infantil Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús https://www.facebook.com/hogarinfantil.santateresita.5/, La Casa de Niños Manuel Fernández Juncos https://www.casadeninosmfj.org/, Proyecto Gabriel, https://linktr.ee/proyectogabriel). Excess cards will be delivered to kids at a future date.
Where do I send the cards? Once you submit the form with a desired location, we will email you the address of the volunteer to mail the cards to. Caring Crew has arranged for volunteers to transport the cards to the locations.
When do I send the cards to the volunteer? Before November 6 to allow the volunteer ample time to deliver the cards.
What You'll Need: Holiday cards + postage (to mail to our volunteer who will hand deliver the cards to the kids)
Language: ENGLISH (Kenya) or SPANISH (Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico). Google translate is very useful if you need help.
What should I write in my card? Be creative! Please do not send blank cards. You can write about yourself, draw a picture, or just wish them a Merry Christmas. Please make sure content is appropriate for a child. For the Spanish cards, you can use Google translate or Google "Spanish Christmas phrases for Christmas cards" for ideas. Feel free to add a picture, but please do not send money or gifts.
Signature: Please make sure you sign the cards with "Caring Crew" in addition to your name.
Envelope: Please write a small E (for English greetings) or S (for Spanish Greetings) on the bottom of the outside of the envelope so we can deliver them to the correct country. Do not seal the envelope.
Why are we only sending Christmas cards? The organizations we are sending to are all Christian-based and celebrate Christmas.
Can I just send money for Caring Crew to buy cards? Not at this time. But if you would like to make a donation you can visit our website: www.caringcrew.org
THANK YOU! For any additional questions, please contact: [email protected]
