Today reminded me why I started We Care Support Services.

Today, I personally conducted an On-the-Job Evaluation, and experiences like this remind me how rewarding this work truly is.

An On-the-Job Evaluation gives me the opportunity to see a client in an actual work environmentā€”not just what they can do on paper, but how they perform, interact, problem-solve, follow directions, and navigate the workplace.

It allows me to identify their strengths, areas where additional support may be helpful, and the types of jobs and work environments where they are most likely to thrive.

For me, employment services are about so much more than simply helping someone find a job. Itā€™s about helping people discover where they fit, what theyā€™re capable of, and what supports can help them succeed.

As the founder of We Care Support Services, Iā€™m proud that after all these years, Iā€™m still able to be hands-on with the individuals and families we serve. ā¤ļø

Every client has different strengths. Every client has different needs. And sometimes, the right evaluation and the right opportunity can make all the difference.
