DM&A's me & my commUnity, created by Diane Meiller & Associates, Inc., is a three-part mentoring program offering the opportunity for high-potential, under-served young
women in their junior year of high school to work with business and community leaders
to solve current community issues. The program aims to inspire and develop a passion for
community leadership that teaches the importance of being a difference by making a
difference.

In the mood for shopping? Shop to support a cause at the Kendra Scott at The Mall at Millenia on Sunday, November 19 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM. A portion of the proceeds made in-store and online at this time will support the me & my commUnity program, so we can continue to support and uphold high-potential young women in the Central Florida area.

DM&A would like to sincerely thank the keynote speakers at the 2023 me & my commUnity event. Each speaker offered thought-provoking insights to teach the importance of being a difference by making a difference. The 2023 me & my commUnity program was a huge success! We dedicated a full day to analyzing and presenting realistic solutions to complex issues which garner attention from Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings. The participants, talented yet underserved high school juniors from OCPS, received guidance from our mentors to help leverage their talents and guide these high-potential future leaders to develop solutions to our community’s most complex problems. Thank you to the 2023 Mentors: Dr. Veronica Boaz, Lisa Meek, Bennie Hill-McMiller (DM&A), Jenise Osani (OUC), Lukeisha Miller (OCPS), Rubie Hernandez-Gano (Dr. Phillips), Ilia Torres (Orange County Government), and Shannon McAleavey (Public Affairs Exec, Former VP at Disney).
