Theater On The Edge

Theater On The Edge Theater company dedicated to telling compelling human stories within an intimate and immersive setting.

The vision of Theater On The Edge is to unite humanity through the arts. Our mission is to provide quality stories that explore the struggles of the human condition and create thought-provoking conversation. Art has the ability to connect with a viewer in a personal way. When we share that experience as a community, it leads to human-level conversations that can bring people together, heal wounds,

and overcome social boundaries. We believe in equality and acceptance for all, and we strive to promote love and harmony through Theater on the Edge as well as with our sister company, Truthful Acting Studios. Theater On The Edge is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Working on Birds of North America has meant something deeply personal to so many of us involved in this production.

Theater has always had the power to turn pain into something shared, something human. And this show has reminded us of that again and again.

Thank you to Allan and Elaitheia for giving yourselves so fully to each performance, and thank you to our crew who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this story to life each night.

And a very special thank you to our patrons, who make what we do possible. Thank you to everyone who has stepped into this experience with us.

See you at the next show! 🕊️

Fifth Planet, which David Auburn wrote during his Julliard residency, is a one-act play that charts the bumpy relationship of two astronomers, one amateur and one professional, over the course of a year. The play has several scenes, some of them very short. Each scene takes place on a different night on the same hilltop.
