What happens when community leaders come together? ✨ - Connection, collaboration, new ideas, and more ways to make an impact! 🤝

At our latest Light Orlando Lunch & Learn at The Salvation Army Orlando, we learned more about their programs, offerings, and ways to get involved in serving our community.

We also had the opportunity to network, share resources, and connect with fellow leaders to find ways to better optimize our collective, community-driven efforts.

This fall, we are FALL CLEANING WITH A PURPOSE 🍂🧹

Fall is the perfect time to clean out the closets, garage, storage spaces and all those places where things seem to accumulate. 😉

But before you toss those unwanted items, consider giving them a second purpose.

This fall, Light Orlando is highlighting 5 local nonprofit partners with thrift stores and donation programs that turn gently used items into resources, revenue and support for people throughout Central Florida.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be spotlighting each organization and sharing:

👕 What they need
📦 What you can donate
📍 Where and how to donate
❤️ How your donations support their mission

So, before you put that donation box in the car or head for the curb, follow along and see how you can clean it out with a purpose.
