Let’s talk about the Hunger Project! 📦🍴

Since our inaugural project in 2023, we have built and distributed 2,570,211 meals to help feed those who need it most in our Central Florida Community🤯

In 2023: 504,642
In 2024: 1.041,894
In 2025: 1,023,675

How many can we build in 2026?! We want to have our most impactful project yet this year, but we can’t do it without your help! 💙💛

Last week, more than 1,600 backpacks were assembled during our annual Light Orlando Backpack Build, helping equip students across Central Florida for a successful school year 🎒✏️📘

Thanks to the incredible youth volunteers from the Hamlin Ward of the Winter Garden Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, these backpacks will support 10 local organizations serving children and families throughout our community.

Thank you to every volunteer who gave their time to help deliver hope, together. 💙

America Gives is a nationwide initiative from America250 designed to inspire volunteerism, acts of kindness, and charitable giving as our nation approaches its 250th anniversary. The initiative encourages communities across the country to serve together and create a lasting impact through meaningful action.
