Honoring the legacy of Thomas Chatmon Jr. — a true visionary for Downtown Orlando and someone I’m grateful to have called a mentor.

As my former boss, he didn’t just lead — he poured into people. He challenged me to think bigger, move with purpose, and stay committed to building something meaningful for our community. His impact on Downtown Orlando is undeniable, but for those of us who had the privilege to work alongside him, his influence runs even deeper.

He believed in progress, in people, and in possibilities that others couldn’t yet see. That kind of leadership leaves a lasting mark.

Forever thankful for the lessons, the guidance, and the example he set. His vision will continue to live on in the work we do every day. Grateful I could place a mural right here in Parramore for the rest of the community to know who he is!
