Matt's Mission is to increase the survival rate of SCA Victims through AED donations, education and training

We have been donating AEDs for five years, but this is one of our best donations yet. We had the opportunity to honor Andy and Martha Anderson. This SaveStation tells the story of their son Sean who passed away from a sudden cardiac arrest. This AED was placed at Veterans Memorial Park in Winter Garden and is a public access AED that can be used if a citizen unfortunately suffers an SCA.

Posting late (sorry). Last month Matt’s Mission joined Every Second Counts CPR and of Hope in Hamlin. Ed Kosiec was there with CPR MAN, strange how we never see Ed and CPR MAN together. A lot of hands only CPR was demonstrated. We are always genuinely excited when people want to learn CPR!

AED donation number 3 for Downtown Winter Garden. There’s one at the pavilion, one by the police station and the latest one is by the ‘train.’ Thankfully they are available to the public even if hopefully they never have to be used. The West Orange Chamber Foundation and Orlando Health was essential to getting this accomplished and we appreciate having the support from our local community there.

2025 Matt’s Mission Golf Tournament ✅
Thank you to our sponsors, the players, everyone who donated prizes, Every Second Counts CPR for teaching, thank you to the volunteers and the employees at West Orange Country Club for a fun and successful golf tournament. We had Kevin Nazario come out and play, he was one of Matt’s first responders, thank you to all the EMT’s that were there!
We had perfect weather, awesome food, and a great group of people supporting our mission.
With the money raised from this event, we will continue to work with cities, schools, and places that would benefit from AED access to increase the survival rate of SCA victims.

Our 2025 Heart Safe Tournament is now full! Thank you to all the players that signed up to support our mission to increase the survival rate of SCA. We can’t wait to see everyone on the golf course.

Thank you Orlando Health for partnering with Matt's Mission on our recent AED donations.
We went to the very busy proshop today at Bayhill and Chris showed us exactly where their AED is located. Extra bonus, Bayhill donated a foursome to our Heart Safe Golf Tournament (March 31st, at West Orange Country Club) ❤️

Matt’s Mission happily donated an AED to Sunridge Elementary today. Thank you to all the staff and safety patrols that came out. We are incredibly grateful to help schools with their AEDs and keep the children safe in case of a sudden cardiac arrest. ❤️

Matt’s Mission is blessed and has had a busy couple of weeks. We have been able to donate to two great Pop Warner organizations in the Central Florida area - & .rockets321 . These young athletes and their parents will be protected. One young man on the Palm Coast team cannot play unless an AED is present🙏
