Community, we need your help!
Florida Trans in Collaboration is raising funds to help our delegation travel to Puerto Rico for the 2026 National Trans Visibility March, and we cannot do it without your support.
This march is important because it brings together transgender people, advocates, allies, and organizations from across the country to stand united, raise awareness, and fight for the rights, dignity, and visibility of our community. At a time when transgender people are facing increasing political attacks, harmful legislation, and rising violence, our presence matters more than ever.
We are asking our community to donate and share our fundraiser flyer. Every dollar raised will go directly toward travel, lodging, and food for our delegation as we represent Florida and continue the work of advocating for transgender lives.
Whether you can give $5, $50, or simply share this post, you are helping us make sure our voices are heard on a national stage.

Today marks 10 years since the Pulse Nightclub tragedy forever changed our community, our city, and our hearts.

We pause to remember the 49 beautiful lives that were taken on June 12, 2016. Their names, their stories, their laughter, and their dreams continue to live on through the people who loved them and the communities they helped shape.

As we honor those we lost, we also hold space for the survivors, first responders, families, friends, and everyone whose life was impacted by that devastating night. Your resilience, strength, and courage continue to inspire us.

At Trans United in Elevation, we recognize that remembrance is more than reflection. It is a commitment to building a world where LGBTQ+ people can live openly, safely, and authentically without fear. It is a promise that we will continue fighting for equality, dignity, justice, and liberation for all.

Today we light a candle for the 49.
Today we stand with the survivors.
Today we honor a community that refused to be broken.

Gone but never forgotten.
Forever in our hearts.
Forever part of our story.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the resilience, brilliance, and strength of LGBTQ+ people everywhere, especially our transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse communities.

Pride is more than a celebration. It is a reminder of the generations of advocates, activists, and community leaders who fought for visibility, dignity, and equality. It is also a call to continue building a future where every person can live authentically, safely, and without fear.

At Trans United in Elevation, we remain committed to empowering our community through advocacy, workforce development, leadership opportunities, resource navigation, and creating spaces where transgender and gender-diverse people can thrive.

Can everyone share

Dear Community,

We are Florida Trans In Collaboration (FTC) — a coalition of local grassroots organizations coming together because we know we can achieve far more united than we ever could alone. Our communities are facing challenging times, and now more than ever it is important that we stand together, support one another, and make our presence known.

We are currently fundraising to help send over 25 trans individuals to the 2026 Trans Visibility March in beautiful Puerto Rico. The funds raised will go directly toward flights, lodging, food, and local transportation to ensure our participants can safely and comfortably attend this life-changing experience. For many of those attending, this will be their very first time flying or traveling outside of their city or state.

This march is about more than visibility. It is about showing the world that trans people deserve to be seen, valued, protected, and celebrated. It is about building community, creating leadership opportunities, and reminding trans individuals — especially Black and Brown trans people — that they are not alone in this fight. In a time when so many attacks are aimed at our community, showing up together in solidarity is an act of resistance, healing, and power.

Representation matters. Visibility matters. Community matters. When we show up in spaces like this, we are not only marching for ourselves, but also for the generations coming after us who deserve a safer and more loving world.

FTC is deeply committed to making sure finances are not the reason someone misses out on this opportunity. Every donation, whether big or small, helps move us closer to that goal and directly impacts someone’s ability to experience connection, empowerment, and joy.
