Supporting HEARTS Supporting HEARTS is an outreach initiative through the non-profit St. In the Spring of 2020, the entertainment industry came to a screeching halt.

Luke’s UMC, established to help distribute food and meals to members of the Central Florida arts community who have made bringing joy and entertainment their life’s work. This was particularly impactful in Central Florida, where theatres and theme park shows went dark affecting the livelihood of tens of thousands within the local arts community including performers, musicians, costumers, designers

Supporting HEARTS was established with the mission to help distribute food and meals to all of the incredible members of the Central Florida arts community who have made bringing joy and entertainment their life’s work. Supporting HEARTS has been facilitating a weekly drive-up food distribution event in partnership with local businesses and thanks to generous donations. Each week hundreds of households throughout four counties are provided with produce, prepped meals, and bread goods depending on availability. This need in the arts community will continue and we need your help to continue these efforts into 2021. How You Can Help…
Every donation, no matter how big or small makes a difference in the lives of our neighbors. One prepped meal costs $3.50, and $14 can provide a meal for a family of four. If you’d like to make a one-time donation, please visit our donation page below:
