Hey guys! Join us for our second GBM as we talk about depression and academic burnout and how to cope with it just in time for midterm week!

We also have multiple activities planned, including jeopardy on general topics and mental health trivia, writing down your stressors on invisible ink, and get to create your own stress balls!

Join us for our first GBM of the semester on Tuesday, September 15th from 6:45-7:45 PM!! We will be located inside the student union, room 225.
We’ll be going over what Active Minds is, how to become a member, and su***de prevention in honor of Su***de Prevention month.
We’ll also be making paper flowers where you’ll be able to write positive messages inside them for yourself or others :)
