Money impacts nearly every part of adulthood, from paying for college or career training to renting an apartment, buying your first car, or planning for your future.

According to the Council for Economic Education, 36 states now require students to complete a personal finance course to graduate from high school. As financial education becomes a greater priority across the country, helping young people build money management skills has never been more important.

That's why conversations about budgeting, saving, investing, taxes, banking, and credit matter long before graduation.

This month's Money Moves & Future Success theme encourages students to build the knowledge and confidence they'll carry for years to come.

If you know a student with an idea that promotes financial education or expands economic opportunity, encourage them to apply for the Limitless Youth Microgrant!

Through the Poinsette Foundation's Limitless Youth Microgrant, selected students will receive a $500 microgrant to help turn those ideas into action.
