She is ACCP's 2026 Rising Star. She saw a challenge bigger than her company could solve so she brought competitors together to tackle it.

Erika helped create the Semiconductor Pathways Fund, a first-of-its-kind collaboration helping engineering students overcome financial barriers that could keep them from completing their degrees.

In just six months, six semiconductor companies helped 365 future engineers stay on track. That kind of collaborative leadership should make us all excited about what’s next for this field.
