As the purchasing power of homebuyers increases, so is the number of representatives (sellers, buyers, realtors and brokers). With increase in the multiplied transactions along with the addition of AI Technology with Online Transactions the real estate industry, we need more social organizations looking at and representing its sales and brokerage work force. At the same time, FSBOs and Investors will continue to swell by expanding the market. This creates a climate for stronger and more social organizations along with associations on behalf the industry to act as watchdogs in the marketplace, give oversight on the transactions, at the exchange of ideas, at real estate ideals and full scale transactions.
As the CMBS(Commercial Mortgage-backed Security) and RMBS(Residential Mortgage-backed Security)takes a direct aim at the residential market to move its papers. The inexperience buyers are pouring into the market with one main, "to get their piece of the pie"; that is, to own their own vine and figure tree. These upgrades in the market's forces within the real estate(residential and commercial) generates sufficient data on performances, controls and changes that will aid in self-regulation. Therefore, we see it fit and needful to create a group that will fully participates in this field of dreams. The Association of African-American Realtors and Realtists Professionals along with our Attorneys, Banks, Mortgage Bankers, Brokerages, Realtors, Realtists and Investors with their sharpen skills in the Real Estate Industry will study and report on subject like Fair Housing to provide insight needed to being informed and to help to insure that legislative powers employ the right tools to generate balance, fairness, equality and equity as a bedrock in the Real Estate Marketplace. We as an association have determined to increase membership for engagement, management discussions, and to make use of the police-power within the real estate industry to strengthen our agencies and agents as new agents enter the industry.
