At Entryway, we always say that volunteers don't necessarily have the time; they just have the heart. This month, we are incredibly proud to spotlight an individual who embodies that spirit perfectly: John Rudzik!

John recently lent his time and invaluable expertise to help Jessica during our Leasing Participant Training this past May. His mentorship and support are exactly what make our program so impactful.

John brings a lifetime of leadership and service to our community:

💼 Professional Legacy: Retired CFO and current Executive Director of the CentiMark Foundation, dedicating an incredible 49 years to CentiMark Corporation in Canonsburg, PA.

🪖 Service to Country: A United States Army Veteran who served for eight years, including six years in the reserves, rising to the rank of First Lieutenant.

Thank you, John, for your lifelong dedication to service, your incredible leadership, and for pouring your heart into empowering our participants here at Entryway Central Florida. We are so grateful to have you on our team! 🙌💙

🌟Keyshaundra Reynolds is the definition of paying it forward. 🌟
As a past Entryway Central Florida participant, she walked this journey herself.
Now she is sharing her experience, knowledge, and heart to help train our next generation of multifamily leasing professionals at this month's Orlando Leasing Training.

💙 That is the kind of full-circle moment that makes this work so special!

Keyshaundra is proof that success does not stop at getting the job. It grows into leadership, confidence, and the willingness to reach back and help someone else rise. 🇺🇸 This Memorial Day Weekend, We Remember. 🇺🇸

As families gather, grills fire up, and summer begins, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

Their courage, selflessness, and devotion to something greater than themselves have given us the freedoms we enjoy today. We remember those who never returned home, and we honor the families who carry their legacy forward.

At Entryway Central Florida, we are especially grateful for the spirit of service that continues to inspire our participants, volunteers, supporters, and community partners. The values of sacrifice, perseverance, and hope remind us that when people come together in service to others, lives can be changed.

This Memorial Day Weekend, may we take a moment to reflect, remember, and express our gratitude to the heroes who gave everything for our country.

Meet Herb A., one of our newest success stories at Entryway Central Florida. 💙

Referred by his sister, a proud Entryway graduate, Herb came to the program ready to build a lasting career in multifamily and create a future he could be proud of. After the unexpected passing of his mother in 2024, he took time to grieve, support his family, and keep moving forward. Even in a difficult season, Herb stayed focused on his next chapter.

Through Entryway CFL’s Leasing Professional Training, Herb gained hands-on experience, including property tour instruction led by Karina Tertulien, Leasing Manager at Allegiant-Carter’s EOS property in Orlando. Then came a full-circle moment. A leasing opportunity opened at that very community.

With his consultative sales background, strong people skills, and natural ability to build trust, Herb stood out right away. Allegiant-Carter saw his potential, and on April 13th, he officially began his new career as a Leasing Professional.

Herb’s journey is proof that determination, resilience, and the right opportunity can create something powerful. We are so proud of you, Herb, and we cannot wait to see where this new path leads.

Meet Paul H., a reminder that even in life’s hardest moments, hope can still rise.

Housing became unstable, and while living out of his car, he kept doing everything he could. Even with strong experience in groundskeeping and light maintenance, finding the right long-term opportunity was not easy. But Paul did not quit.

Referred to Entryway Central Florida by Metropolitan Ministries, Paul stayed focused on rebuilding his life with courage, grit, and love for his family. Last month, that determination led him to a new opportunity with Continental Properties, where he was hired as a Groundskeeper. They saw what we saw. Experience, heart, and a man who refused to give up.

After the darkest seasons, new beginnings are still possible, and sometimes they start with a job, a key, and a participant who never stopped trying.
