Thank you Orland High School and Orland Police Department for allowing us to be part of this great event. Looking forward to next year.

Members of the Orland Police Department, along with our amazing Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS), had the opportunity to spend some time with students at Orland High School for Career Day.

We enjoyed talking with students, answering their questions, and sharing what it’s like to work in law enforcement. It was a great opportunity to connect with our local students and give them a look at the many different roles and career opportunities within law enforcement.

Thank you to Orland High School for having us! We appreciate the opportunity to connect with the next generation. 🚔

Thank You, Orland!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and made this year's National Night Out such a tremendous success! It was wonderful to see so many members of our community spending the evening with us, meeting your local first responders, and strengthening the partnerships that help keep Orland a safe place to live, work, and raise a family.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to all of our community partners whose continued support and collaboration play a vital role in helping keep Orland safe. Your dedication and commitment to our community do not go unnoticed.

A special thank you goes to K-9 Remi for putting on an outstanding demonstration and showing off his incredible skills. Remi and his handler gave everyone a firsthand look at the training, teamwork, and professionalism that help keep our community protected.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a memorable event. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Come join us August 4th for our yearly National Night Out event at Library Park! From 6pm to 9pm. Fun for the entire family. Food and refreshing drink vendors. Raffles. But most importantly, come checkout our community partners that help keep Orland safe and learn how you too can help or be helped.

Beginning October 1st, our officers will proudly wear pink patches in observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Cancer touches all our lives, and these conversations with our community member’s matter.

We wear them to honor those we’ve lost, to stand with those fighting today, and to remind every family touched by this disease that you are not alone. Your police department stands with you 🩷
