Since 1857, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago has stood as a beacon of hope for individuals and families facing hardship. Grounded in a mission of personal service and dignity, SVdP volunteers work directly with neighbors in need, offering not just monetary assistance, but compassion, respect, and human connection.

One of the most meaningful ways to sustain and grow this mission is through the Legacy and Memorial Giving Program, where every gift directly supports our core missions, including:
• Emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities, and food
• Housing and homelessness prevention initiatives

• A Stars, Stripes & Summer Celebration Basket
• A Split the Pot raffle

• Jody’s Gourmet Popcorn Tin
• Patriotic summer décor and entertaining items

Vincentians at Our Lady of the Lakes - St. Bede in Ingleside are working hard making their Church's rummage sale a success. Between setting up, helping shoppers, and serving with their whole hearts, we are sure this will be a successful event for both the Church and shoppers who attend. Their efforts reflect just a few of the many ways Vincentians are living out their mission in action.

The rummage sale is Thursday, June 18 through Saturday, June 20.

On February 13, our Queen of Apostles Conference in Chicago, IL, hosted their first sip and paint fundraiser, benefitting the Pope Frances Center. Attendees ranged from those who have never painted to those who enjoy painting as an everyday hobby. Vincentians worked together to make sure they were getting the guidance and tools needed to create a masterpiece.
