Brook Hills of Orland Park is a subdivision is of 493 homes constructed in seven phases by Malone and Moloney and Crana Homes in the early 1990's. Brook Hills is located in the Southwest corner of Orland Park, IL. Our approximate boundaries (main streets) are Wolf Road to the east, Will/Cook Road to the west, 179th Street and Southwest Highway/Rte 6 to the south, and 167th Street to the north. Hom

eowners in Brook Hills of Orland Park are required to pay annual dues of $70.00 per year to the Brook Hills Homeowners Association(BHHA). Annual dues are used for many purposes. A majority of the dues income is used to pay for landscaping maintenance of the common areas - primarily lawn cutting and tree upkeep. We also conduct many special events during the summer months, including: a bike parade for children on Memorial Day; an entire subdivision garage sale; and BrookFest.

Thank you to everyone who came out for our first Movie Night! Response was great and we plan to do this again next year! Hope to see everyone at BrookFest this Saturday at 3pm!
