Now I Can Foundation Now I Can Foundation is a non-profit physical therapy center helping children with disabilities become more independent through innovative physical therapy.

www.nowican.org Now I Can uses unique tools and methods to help kids reach their physical goals such as sitting, standing and walking. We believe children can reach their greatest level of independence through intensive physical therapy, and that physical therapy helps kids avoid or postpone more invasive interventions. Because we are a charity, we give and discount as much therapy as possible. At Now I Can, we believe each child can progress and achieve a greater level of independence.

When Ethan came to visit this summer, he looked through our star collection to find all of his stars— it was fun to look back on each year and the memories and progress each picture represented.

At the end of each session, our patients hang their star on our wall and we celebrate their hard work! They really are superstars!⭐️

It’s always fun to see what motivates children to try new things. We put two options at the top of the stairs… as it turned out, the dinner in the mirror was most intriguing! He even did another weight shift, change in direction, and more steps to get there!

Exploring is fun, and new skills make that possible!

In 2004, the Christensen family sold Christmas cards to raise money to take their four year-old daughter Colby to Poland for physical therapy. Colby signed these little thank you notes to accompany each batch of cards.

Today she signed some Now I Can books to be delivered! We know you’ll love the chapter she wrote for the book— and how cute is she on the front cover?!
