One hundred and six years ago, the 50-year quest for women’s ability to vote nationwide in culminated in the 19th amendment to the US Constitution in 1920. There were some states that recognized that right earlier, and Utah was a pioneering by including the right in its new state constitution in 1896. Thank you League of Women Voters of Weber County for letting us celebrate with you!
