THE LAST (BUT NOT LEAST) SENIOR SENDOFF:
Tony Flesch:
“I’m Tony and I Pledged in Fall of 2016 at AZ down at UK and came back to AGP at NKU in the Spring of 2018 and I’ve been with APO ever since! APO has opened the doors for me so much and introduced me to so many amazing people who I’d say would be some of the best and kindest friends I’ve ever had! And even with being at both chapters, when I’m with my brothers, I truly have never felt more at home! By far my favorite memories I’ve had with APO would be going to Nationals both in 2016 in Pittsburgh and in 2018 in Austin. Being able to travel with brothers and dedicating about an entire week to brotherhood and being able to meet and bond with other brothers across the world in a fun city is really something special and something you cannot recreate! Whether it’s getting to Pittsburgh and hysterically laughing in the car after Lindsey Snider screamed to the car next to us at a red light, “You going to the convention?” on a random street in the middle of Pittsburgh or it’s hunting down murals and coffee shops to take pictures and so many more memories you can’t recreate. APO definitely holds a special place in my heart💙💛”

“Hey all! I’m Laura and I pledged in the Fall of 2016. I was not involved with anything on campus before APO, and I can honestly say pledging was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was able to be a part of a group of people that want to do good in the world, and it opened my eyes to how many different ways you can help your community. APO allowed me to have so many amazing experiences, and I was able to meet lots of different people, and I have been blessed with several friends for life.”

Caedyn Skiff!!!
“I pledged Fall 2019. I was already friends with several people in APO, and finally decided to join the fun!
My favorite memory with APO is actually from before I joined. I attended several of the Bro Talks in fall 2018, and always had fun chatting with friends about random stuff!”

Today’s Senior Spotlight...
Rachel Morgeson!!
“I pledged in Fall 2019 during my senior year of college. I have been looking at APO long before that. Some of my closest friends were in APO and insisted that I join. I knew that they would never wrong me and ever since I have met friends that I could go to anything for. I have so many fun memories from APO even in this short time I was with them! I will always remember my first GloAPO. It was fun twist on a game with new people and everyone was friendly and willing to involve everyone on your team. Another great memory I have with APO is volunteering at the Newport Aquarium. I love animals and it was great serving others and seeing the same excitement I have with other APO brothers. Overall I am so excited to be a part of the fraternity and am so happy that I joined!”

Another Senior Spotlight!
Brigid Dunn:
“I pledged in fall 2017, mainly because a lot of my friends were already in the chapter and I needed something to do. I stayed because I really enjoy doing service and enjoy the company of my brothers. One of my favorite memories is driving back from rock climbing with the Morehead chapter. I didn't know some of those brothers very well at the time and that was the start of some great friendships.”

Today’s Senior Spotlight:
Kevin Montes!!
“I pledged Sep. 22, 2016
I joined due to the main goals and cardinal principles by members of APO. Friendship was the one that stuck to me the most since making new friends was a goal I wanted to do when I got into college, also the people who were running the table that day were amazing like my Big Bridgette Gootee.
My favorite memory has to be when I was pinned as a full fledge member of APO. I can understand that it’s also mostly others favorite as well, but being a part of the organization, representing the fraternity, making friends along the way, and working to spread help wherever I could was something that I was more than prepared to do.”

“I pledged fall 2015, my first semester. I was told about the organization going in, and when I found it, I meshed with all the people pretty well and got to do some great stuff.
I've loved the people I get to talk with and have fun with, and I love having an excuse to see them at least every week.
My favorite memories come from conferences, retreats, or other events where we stick ourselves together for 12+ hours and decide it's time for stupid nonsense. Stupid nonsense is how I thrive; attaching it to a service organization lets me feel good about it!”

“I pledged APO in the fall of 2017. I joined APO because I loved the opportunity it gave me to give back to the community I love through service. I also love the atmosphere that comes along with the organization. Everyone is so friendly and energetic, and serving with all of these great brothers make everything better! My overall favorite memory of APO was GLO-APO!! It was the first event I participated in before I pledged and I built so many lifelong friendships through this one game! -YiLFS”
