Oregon Community Theatre is looking for directors for our Winter 2027 and Spring 2027 productions, and we want to hear your vision 👀

✨ Spring Musical: The Drowsy Chaperone

Whether these shows have been on your bucket list or you already have a bold creative vision in mind, this is your chance to bring it to life on the OCT stage.
We’re looking for directors who can think creatively, collaborate passionately, and shape an unforgettable experience for our community 💡

What a FANTASTIC opening night!

This set is quite possibly the most complicated in OCT history… and somehow, this cast has learned how to break it perfectly!

Doors that get jammed. Floors that don’t stay put. Props with a mind of their own. Every piece designed to go wrong… and every moment timed just right!

And now? They’re not just surviving the chaos, they’re owning it.

Safe to say… they’re more than ready for another amazing audience!!!

Behind every moment on stage is a team working tirelessly behind the scenes.

Our Director: Amy Spauling-Heuring, Producer: Erin Hagedorn, and Stage Manager: Ann Sommers, have guided this production from the very beginning, shaping every detail, solving every challenge, and creating the foundation that makes this show possible.

From the first read-through to opening night, their dedication, patience, and leadership have carried this cast and crew every step of the way.

The curtain is almost up and the audience is almost here. And none of it would be possible without them!🎭
