Part-Time Content & Media Production Manager
| Oregon, WI
Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week, primarily late afternoons/evenings, with occasional weekends Pay: $17.50/hour for the first 3 months; $19/hour after successful completion of probation.
About the Role:
OCA Media is seeking a Part-Time Content & Media Production Manager to support community video production, broadcasting, live events, editing, and media education.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage programming for OCA Media’s two cable channels using Telvue.
• Edit event recordings, promotional videos, and other video projects.
• Film community events when student or volunteer operators are unavailable.
• Help produce original OCA Media programs.
• Train and mentor high school students in camera
Operation and event production:
• Create thumbnails, livestream graphics, intro videos, and social media content.
Ideal Candidate:
• Interested in video production, broadcasting, or digital media.
• Experience with video editing; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable learning new technology and production workflows.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with students and community members.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
