Relay for Life's Team Brower Team Brower was established in 2011 in memory of Jim, who passed away of pancreatic cancer, but we Relay for all our friends and family effected by cancer!

Team Brower was started to honor the memory of James D. Brower. James passed away of Pancreatic Cancer in September of 2010. His family and friends joined the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Oregon, which was held this May of 2011. Team Brower is committed to creating awareness of all cancers, celebrating those who have survived cancer, remembering those who have passed and fighting ba

ck in finding a cure. Team Brower encourages anyone and everyone to join our group to learn more about how you can support organizations like the ACS and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and events like Relay for Life, PurpleStrides and Petersburg, MI's Rose Run.

Congrats Team Brower!!! Not only did we participate in the most Relay For Life themed laps and activities that allowed us to earn the Most Spirited Team Award, but it also earned us an additional $241.00 in spirit points!!! This will put us at out $4000.00 goal AND we still have a Garage Sale fundraiser this summer!!!! Check out all the other awesome awards we got!

Chevrolet and its dealers are stepping up to help the American Cancer Society finish the fight against cancer with a new campaign called Purple Roads. This campaign is designed to encourage everyone to turn their Facebook profile picture purple, in return, Chevrolet will donate $1 to the Society for every Facebook user who participates through World Cancer Day on Tuesday, February 4th.

Purple Roads: Turn your profile pictures purple in support of world cancer day on Feb.4th and we will donate $1 for each to the American Cancer Society.
