welcome all to come and learn more about the uniquely inclusive and educational program that we have created within the Scouting America organization. Our mission is to prepare young people to be well-rounded individuals with the foundation and skills to grow, make ethical choices and live in this diverse and complex world. Our programs and decision-making promote a culture of belonging, respect and value for every scout and their family. We build upon the foundation of the Scout Oath, the Scout Law and Scouting America programming with a proactive focus on equity, inclusion, service, and connection to each other and our community. We meet each scout where they are at and provide the mentorship and safe environment needed to develop while having fun and building lifelong friendships for scouts and their families.
