Parents looking for some wrestling opportunities this summer for Novice wrestlers... this is great for new kids to get some more work in the off season.

📆Starting Sunday 7/7, 12-1PM, we will be offering a Novice Open Room for all beginner wrestlers! (1st-3rd year wrestlers) Getting your Novice-level wrestler on the mat at least once a week, allows them to slowly build their fundamental technique and create a strong foundation heading into the wrestling season! 💪🤼
