📪 🦁🎗️Today, Leo’s League Pediatric Cancer Fund mailed Family Support Grants to our local Warrior Families who applied for assistance.

Once families are vetted, they use the funds where they are needed most…whether that’s paying utilities, covering rent or mortgage expenses, purchasing groceries, traveling to treatment, or creating special family memories.

💛🎗️ Thank you to our donors, sponsors, and supporters for helping local families focus on what matters most: their child.

🦁🎗️ Leo’s League Toy Trooper 🎗️🦁

A Personal Note from Leo’s Grandmother:
Owning a drivable 1969 Kaiser M715 was always on my bucket list, but after Leo was diagnosed with Stage 5 Wilms Tumor kidney cancer, your perspective changes. I purchased this truck with one purpose in mind: raising awareness for pediatric cancer.

The Kaiser M715 is unique, tough, battle-tested, and impossible to ignore.
It has dents, scratches, faded paint, and imperfections that tell its story.
Just like our pediatric cancer warriors and their siblings.

Like this truck, pediatric cancer warriors are fierce, resilient, and tougher than most people will ever understand. They keep moving forward despite challenges that no child should ever have to face.

Introducing Leo’s League Toy Trooper.
Built between 1967 and 1969, the Kaiser M715 was originally designed to transport troops and equipment. Approximately 33,500 were made at the Kaiser Jeep Corp.

Toy Trooper isn’t perfect—and neither is the childhood cancer journey.
But it serves as a reminder that scars do not define us. They tell the story of what so many have overcome.

While their battles are different, both military veterans and pediatric cancer warriors show remarkable strength and perseverance. I have mad respect for both!

Now, it will help carry a different mission: spreading awareness for childhood cancer.
You’ll see Toy Trooper at community events, toy drives, parades, and anywhere we can help shine a light on pediatric cancer!

Want to host a toy drive or allow Toy Trooper to park at your business, please email:[email protected]

Please note: This vehicle is privately owned by me and is not owned by Leo’s League Pediatric Cancer Fund.

Additional note: I also have my father’s (Leo’s great grandfather)original 1967 Kaiser M715, which is a complete restoration project. I am willing to donate it to Leo’s League if a business or local Vo-Tech program would be interested in taking on the restoration.

For photos or additional information, please email: [email protected].

Respectfully,
Sharon

Because sometimes...

A small toy = a moment of hope

Help us spread awareness and/or help us fill the truck with toys, crafts, or gift cards (for teens).

🎗️⚾ Thank you to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs for hosting such an important event, Strike Out Cancer Night!

Our Leo’s League families had an amazing time enjoying baseball, making memories, and coming together in support of families affected by cancer. Events like this help raise awareness, inspire hope, and remind our warriors that they are never fighting alone.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening so special. 💛🦁
