Spotlight on Healthy Eating Spotlight on Health Eating: Feed The Body and the Brain Will Follow.

This is a developing service of Spotlight on Hope a not for profit 501 (c) (3) established in 2004. If we examine the full spectrum of unhealthy eating behaviors from anorexia to obesity, we see common themes of depression, bullying, isolation, failed relationships and cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, musculoskeletal disorders and more. We know our eating habits, as a country, are tragically flawed and tend to acknowledge the physical impact. Our service brings in the emotional and physical consequences of unhealthy eating and seeks to address both through education, training and more using all aspects of the creative arts to do so - film, music, theater, radio, dance, art, word, photography, web, games and more.
