Below you will find a message from NYS DOL regarding NYS Unemployment Services System being down for 9-12 days beginning in November. Please join the webinar if you are able or feel free to call us if you have questions about the system being down for this period of time.

The New York State Department of Labor's Office of Intergovernmental Affairs (IGA) and the Office of External Affairs invite you to join a webinar on Thursday, October 1 at 2 PM.

During this webinar, we will cover:

Unemployment Services System Upgrade - presented by IGA
The Department of Labor's Unemployment Services System will be upgrading in November. While the upgrade is underway, the Department's customers will experience an interruption to services. The current Unemployment Services System will become unavailable on Monday, November 2 at 5 PM, and remain unavailable for 9 to 12 days. Join us to learn more about the features of the upgraded system and how to help customers navigate the upgrade period.

While there is still some work to be done, we couldn't be prouder of the work completed by the Brothers and Sisters of IBEW Local 41 and of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers who came from across the Country to help us build the new Buffalo Bills stadium. It is a project to be proud of, where many hours were spent away from family and friends. We thank all who helped this project happen.
