A new year brings with it a moment for reflection, but also the promise of a new beginning, a new hope, and a fresh start. In many ways, it perfectly parallels our ultimate goal of creating a new state in Upstate.

This past year, 2023, was literally foundational for us. We've diligently laid the groundwork, navigating the complex maze of legal and administrative tasks to get this project off the ground. The stage is set for the monumental steps we're ready to undertake.

In short, we’re ready to have some fun with this thing.
