Check out these Halloween Flavors that will be available today from Noon to 3 at 9346 Greenback Lane in Orangevale! The first 30 customers will get their shaved ice treat for FREE!
There will also be opportunities to support your community here and donate to the Honorary Mayor Campaign, the Orangevale Food Bank, and the Orangevale Rotary.

Sean Palmer’s Backstory

Sean Palmer grew up in the California Central Valley and moved to Sacramento in 1995 to further his education. After graduating from Sacramento State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Sean began working directly with some of the top engineering design teams and contract manufacturers in the Silicon Valley-Bay Area, Mexico and Malaysia.

In search of a more rewarding and one-on-one career, Sean obtained his real estate brokers license in 2004. He then went to work, successfully fitting hundreds of home buyers into that “perfect new home” as a Community Sales Manager with one of the largest home builders in the nation.

In pursuit of expanding his professional experience, Sean entered the Mortgage Industry in 2007 where he lead a lending team for two of the nation’s largest lenders. Wanting a more direct relationship between home owners and investors, Sean moved back into real estate and opened his own real estate brokerage. Having extensive knowledge of the home buying process, from both the purchasing and lending side, Sean is pro-active and can easily overcome obstacles that can come with a real estate transaction. His dedication to his clients, as well as his expertise in negotiations, quickly enabled Sean to acquire the Sacramento Association of Realtors coveted “Masters Club” title. He has been in the top 5% of ALL realtors in Sacramento County for the past 8 years.

Sean Palmer and his brokerage, Palmer Real Estate, have also been awarded the “People’s Choice Award” for Best Realtor/Best Real Estate Office Orangevale for the last 4 years. This is due to Sean’s high involvement in the Orangevale community, including the Orangevale Chamber of Commerce and Orangevale Grange. His wife, Colette Palmer, shares in these involvements while also being involved in the Orangevale Womans Club.
