Tomorrow June 17 is our regular work day at the Field of Plenty starting at 8:00. The weather forecast has a 85% chance of rain and a low of 75 and a high of 84. Hopefully the rain will start after 10:00.
The cucumbers have slowed down a bit. The okra is coming up, but the weeds are terrible.
If we get to work tomorrow we will be doing a lot of weeding. The rain is great for the plants we want but the weeds love it too.
Hope to see you tomorrow.

Tomorrow Wednesday May 13 is our regular work day at the Field of Plenty starting at 8:00. The weather forecast shows sunny with a low of 64 and a high of 87.
On Saturday I had a 4H group and students that needed volunteer time digging potatoes and picking green beans. Sunday I found 3 cucumbers that had been hiding. They dug potatoes in 2 beds and bed 11 by the fence. Bed 13 was full of ants, but they were able to dig potatoes there. We will dig the rest of the potatoes and pick green beans. We will get the potatoes ready to turn in.
Hope to see you tomorrow.
