Looks like a go for Memorial day service in center of Orange

The Orange Legion's plan is to decide about the 11am Orange Center ceremony at the conclusion of the Tully ceremony because they said its a close call for the rain to stop and when the Orange ceremony begins. More information will be available after the Tully Ceremony. This ceremony in Orange will either be on as scheduled, or cancelled entirely (no alternate location).

Pack 40 was asked if any scouts would like to help place flags at south cemetery in honor of memorial day this Saturday. If so meet at south cemetery @10:15am south main st orange respectful behavior is a must.

All scouts are encouraged to go to a Memorial day ceremony on memorial day.
Scouts are welcome to stand together in uniform on Memorial day @11 am in park across from orange fire station. There will be a couple scouts from Pack 40 doing poem readings.

Reminder Pack 40 bike day at Birch Hill dam road royalston ma this sat the 16th any scout that does not have bike or helmet or need assistance getting bike there please reach out to James Brennan. There will be a couple smaller extra bikes just in case

Unfortunately with inclement weather Pack hike will be moved to next week and will meet at St Mary's Hall like usual as a pack.

As well as the hike on this Thursday the 14th we have also been invited to be a part of the North Quabbin Community Coalition "Munch and Move" event at Fish Park in Athol from 4-6 pm. We will have a booth set up there with information about joining cub scouts and pack 40. You are welcome to stop by before the hike in uniform.

Reminder for Pack 40 this week May 14 is a pack hike! Still normal day and time thursday but meeting at tully lake boat ramp parking lot. Parents are more than welcome to come as well! Please dress appropriately and DO YOUR BEST to bring a few scout hike essentials!
