AELRGlobal's goal is to facilitate international ESOL teacher development through training and collaborative reflection and publication. AELRGlobal seeks to develop teacher collaborative practices around the classroom, help educators understand their pivotal role as knowledge providers and as the front line to all best pract
ices and changes in the field. AELRGlobal seeks to open doors for educators to collaborate on projects, exchange ideas, and offer a place for educator reflection, feedback, and growth pertaining to student performance and learning processes. The purpose of AELR Global is to provide leadership, scholarship, and educational opportunities that promote the growth and development of educational research in language learning through such values as Mutual Respect, Professionalism, Unity of Purpose, Accountability, and Effective Communication.
