Equalizers Running Club - who we are!
Equalizers Running Club in Placentia, California, a nonprofit organization, focuses on youth fitness. Equalizers Running Club hosts the Orange Park Acres 4thof July 5k and 10k Epic Challenge races in Orange, CA to raise funds for High School Senior Scholarships and community trail maintenance and beautification. The 4th of July races we organize are open to youth and adults alike. Our 5k is an on-street race with participants passing horse pastures and white rail fencing. The 10K Epic Challenge is our newer race and is garnering quite the attention for those that enjoy trail races. It is a unique cross country course; run through the beautiful rural equestrian community on packed dirt, sand, and mulch, with a steep up and down trail. It even includes a seasonal creek water crossing.
