Please attend if you can and fight for the school budget to remain mostly in-tact. We can not take 1.1 million in budget cuts.

There is a joint virtual meeting of the Town Government and the school committee next Monday at 6:30 to discuss the Town's request that OES and Mahar cut a combined total of $1.1 million from their budgets. Can't imagine what we can possibly cut and still provide appropriate services to our children.

The OETA / Parent Forum meeting schedule for January 25 will be postponed to a later date.

Instead, please attend the Pioneer Junior Women's Club Meet the Candidates Night at Mahar. This important meeting will begin at 6:30 in the Charlotte Ryan Auditorium.

The next School Committee Meeting will be held on Monday January 8, 2024. The meeting will start promptly at 6:00 in the OES Media Center.

IMPORTANT: The public comment section is often the second or third agenda item. Please be sure to arrive a bit before 6:00 if you wish to ask questions. Your voice matters!

Hello families! The next Orange Elementary Teachers Association and Parent Forum will be held Thursday January 25, 2024. We will once again meet in the beautiful auditorium at the Orange Town Hall. You can enter by the main entrance and use the elevator, or be brave and use the outside metal stairs.

The meeting will be held from 6:00 - 7:30.

We will have snacks!

Please come and bring a friend!
