This morning's Amity CT Chamber of Commerce, "Breakfast and Briefs: Business Liability," was AMAZING!

Using real-life case studies to illustrate and illuminate key business issues, risks, and responsibilities related to product liability, unfair trade practices, contractor exposure, and premises liability, the briefing was chock-full of important information to protect your business interests.

The hour flew by with vigorous Q&A by the participants. The bald-headed Chamber guy got so engaged that pictures are few, but the impact of today's session was TREMENDOUS!

Thank you to our host, Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge, and Lisa Mierek for the exceptional and bountiful buffet breakfast with an impeccable venue!

And...a round of applause to the terrific Zabel Schellenberg team of Owen Weaver, Jeremy Gustafson, and Courtney George for an impactful presentation, insights, and thoughtful discussion.

"My wife and I had a 10000/10 experience! Since it was our first time at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, our server, Richard, took the time to explain everything and made us feel so welcome. His customer service was amazing!"

PART TWO OF AN AWESOME AMITY BUSINESS AFTER-HOURS....

While the primary purpose of last evening was to "Chip In to End Alzheimer's," it was also the ideal event to recognize Chip's Family Restaurant 60th anniversary and current owners, Adam and Dina Bajko.

The Bajkos continue the charitable legacy of Dina's brother, the late George Chatzopoulos, who in 2003 built on the quality, service, and community Chip's has been renowned for since 1966, when the restaurant was established in Orange.

Joined by Amity Chamber Board of Directors members and Barry Lee Cohen, State Rep. Kathy Kennedy, on behalf of the CT State General Assembly, presented a certificate to Dina and Adam (center) for the restaurant's incredible community engagement, charitable giving, and wide range of homemade, mouth-watering dishes that generations have come to love.

What's next? Purple Pancakes!
Our awesome Amity Chamber Business After-Hours raised over $500 and served as a pre-launch party for Chip's Annual "Purple Pancake Day," being held this year on June 22nd! Join Chip's for a stack of speciality purple pancakes at both Chip's locations in Orange and Fairfield.

All Purple Pancake sales and Amity After-Hours donations are being pooled together for what will be a major haul of $$$ benefitting the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association CT Chapter.

Thank you, Robert Creigh, for the fantastic photos!

PART ONE OF AN AWESOME AMITY BUSINESS AFTER-HOURS...

It was an AWESOME Amity Chamber Business After-Hours this evening as dozens of Chamber members and friends gathered together to "Chip In to End Alzheimer's," hosted by Chip's Family Restaurant.

The networking was nothing less than exceptional. And...the Chip's Patio? IT WAS PERFECT! From the weather to the absolutely delicious appetizers and beverages, hundreds of dollars in donations continue to pour in that will benefit the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association CT Chapter.

All donations raised this evening will be pooled together with the annual "Purple Pancake" fundraiser that the restaurant will be holding this year on June 22nd.

PART TWO: Stay tuned! The total $$$ will be announced tomorrow!

Thank you, Dina and Adam Bajko, for all you do for our community!

Shoutouts to Robert Creigh for the fantastic photos!
