Orange County Fire Services Association

With deep sadness, I am reporting that Chief Richard Jorgensen passed away last night. Dick was good man, great husband, great leader, and a loyal supporter of the fire service in Orange County. Dick and Jan were always at the Santa Ana College Fire Academy Graduations, where he was an instructor for years. Dick was member and leader of the Orange County Fire Chiefs Association and the Orange County Fire Services Association. I have known and worked with Dick since the 1980s. He will be missed.
RIP Chief
