PLEDGES NEEDED!

We want to - and are willing to save this dog. But it will cost the rescue over $1,000 in vet bills to do her basic medical spay, and fix both cherry eyes.

Are there any Good Samaritans that wish to pledge for her safety?

What is a pledge? A pledge is a monetary committed amount you will donate to guarantee the safety of this pet. Pledges are only paid once the dog is safe and freedom photos are presented. Nothing is remitted without freedom photos.

If we can raise the funds we will save her life. She’s only a year old and already sitting in the pound with limited time left.

While frenchies may be POPULAR, we don’t recommend ownership unless you have done your research and have deep pockets and/or pet insurance. These little dogs can be fine one minute and have an IVDD episode the next. That’s what happened to the frankster (Frankie) on Sunday. He’s now resting and expected to make a full recovery. 💙

TONKA NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!! Tonka is a 10 month old english bulldog who was surrendered by his owner to Save A Bow Wow Rescue (Frenchie N Friends sister rescue group). A prior adopter of ours (IG: )

Who has so selflessly decided to foster for our rescue which allowed us to get him to immediate safety. Saveabowwow is determined to give this baby boy the best life now. He was living in a very small isolated laundry room and has had vertually no puppy care (when he came to the rescues attention he was not neutered, not fully vaccinated, had no care for his cherry eyes and no microchip). He also hasn’t received any formal training. Once he developed severe cherry eye in both of his eyes, his family knew they could not afford to pay for his surgeries to repair his eyes or neuter.
Tonka has had a very difficult time to see. He cannot fully rest and sleep because his eyes do not close from the cherry eye growth.

We are asking for help to get Tonka’s eyes fixed, neutered, microchipped and a full puppy wellness check so he can be on the road to recovery and on his way to a better life. Tonka is not currently up for adoption at this time as he needs his medical issues addressed as soon as possible. We truly appreciate anything anyone can do donate and help Tonka start his new life.
