CAHIP - Orange County hosted a Carrier panel on how health plans are addressing chronic disease management while aligning with California’s Office of Health Care Affordability (OHCA) cost growth targets.

There was great attendance and Participation for this event. We even had, the One and Only, Jack Lyons Moderating the panel for us. Thank you Jack!
