Whether for a wedding and reception, anniversary, birthday party or business party, our venue can seat up to 150 guests comfortably. With a romantic hideaway, just outside the bride's room, including an outdoor staircase for the bridal party to enter the reception for grand entrance, and a handsome groom’s room, this unique 1885 estate has character that still offers a blank slate for the the bride and groom to add their own atmosphere and theme. Perfect for special moments and photograph opportunities, this classic home speaks elegance and charm. When planning your life event, American Family Living’s Fletcher Courtyards Venue wants to help you make this a time of congratulations, good wishes, wise planning and a picture perfect event. Venue is available with a 11 pm curfew and only book one wedding/reception per day for a no rush, hassle free experience. Day of Coordinating service available as well which includes a planning meeting and Ceremony Rehearsal.
