Proud to sponsor Wound Walk OC!

Today, I would like to highlight the compassionate and dedicated work of Michael Sean Wright who walks the streets of several OC Cities to administer whatever needed treatment and care to the less fortunate. With his Wound Walk OC team and a truck full of supplies and resources, his team provides the homeless community with basic essentials during the coronavirus pandemic.

In addition, this Santa Ana resident serves as an advocate for the homeless, constantly voicing the need for shelter for those sleeping on the streets. Our community is fortunate to have such a helpful neighbor and he is one of my .

As always, there is no plan or will to prevent avoidable human suffering.

“The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation, known informally as the “sanctuary op,” could begin in California as soon as later this week. It would then expand to cities including Denver and Philadelphia, according to two of the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe sensitive government law enforcement plans.”

The “sanctuary op” is likely to start in California next month, according to officials with knowledge of the plans

According to data from the coroner’s office, 146 homeless people died between April and August. During the same period last year, there were 82 deaths among the homeless.
