We want to give a BIG WELCOME to our Kiddie Ride Fire Engine! đźš’ The next opportunity for you to be able to see it will be Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 10AM to 2PM. It is working so small children can take a spin!

It was donated for our use from a philanthropist who has a sincere interest in the history of the fire service. Thank you!

We look forward to having visitors this Saturday, June 13! We will open to the general public with free admission. If you can’t make it this upcoming Saturday, then mark your calendar for July 11 and 25, both Saturdays!

Hose Tender 27 has had three lives with stories to tell!
The rig was originally an Engine Company and toward the end of its service was converted into a unit that carried large diameter hose. During its second chapter , the unit was called specifically to fires that required large volumes of water. Upon retirement, chapter three, HT27 was modified AGAIN with the hose bed converted to carry passengers. 🥰

Two of our amazing volunteer mechanics were recently working on HT27 regarding an electrical issue. Your support keeps our education programs and rigs running!

Our docents had a wonderful time welcoming community members yesterday! We hope everyone learned a thing or two or three!
