Thanks to Mark Ginsburg and Maleah Grover from California for delivering medical supplies to Cuba. According to Maleah, "The woman at the oncology clinic was in tears the donations meant so much to her."
Mark added,, "the shorter woman in the center of the photo is Juanita Ortiz, former Head of International Relations for the Province of Matanzas and long-time leader of the Matanzas organization that served as the counterpart of Pittsburgh in its sister city relations. She is also an out-patient at this hospital and, unfortunately, may not live too much longer. Given our trip was organized through the Pittsburgh-Matanzas Partnership (as well as the National Single Payer organization, it was a special moment to spend time with Juanita. Thank you again for organizing the suitcase for me to deliver, Mark"
