We have been made aware of fraudulent attempts to impersonate Oakleaf Community Events and collect payments for the 4th Annual Oakleaf Christmas Parade.

Please remember: Your spot is ONLY secured through the following process:

✅ Submit your completed application to [email protected]
✅ Your application will be reviewed by Oakleaf Community Events
✅ If accepted, you will receive an official Square invoice from Oakleaf Community Events
✅ Payment through that invoice is the ONLY way to secure your spot

❌ DO NOT send money or payment information through Facebook DMs, Messenger, or to any other email address.
❌ DO NOT communicate with anyone claiming to represent the event unless it is through this official page or [email protected].

If you have already submitted your application, it is being reviewed. If accepted, you will receive your Square invoice soon. There is no need to resubmit your application.

• Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• All participants must follow our family-friendly parade standards
• Santa Claus is reserved exclusively for the official parade finale 🎅🏽
• There is a mandatory participant meeting for a representative of each entry
