We cooked the Orange Grove Pioneer Days cook off this weekend and had a blast. There were 60+ teams in attendance battling the high winds Saturday afternoon. We were blessed to get:
Chicken - final table 17th
Ribs - 10th
Brisket- final table 11th

Well, after 4 months off of the bar b que trail we entered the hornets nest. It was filled with 100 of the best teams Texas has to offer. We tried new seasonings and recipes on everything. After the smoke cleared, we were left holding all 3 tickets. We’ll lick our wounds for a couple days and then hit it again in Orange Grove. See y’all on down the road. Josh Chadwick.
