In July 2023, Chyna received a life-altering diagnosis: a glioma on her brain stem. Inoperable and deeply complex, this tumor had silently been affecting her life for years. Many may remember Chyna's brain surgery in 2019—on her 28th birthday—originally attributed to hydrocephalus. Tragically, the underlying cause, the tumor, was missed until it made its presence known years later. Now, facing this battle head-on, Chyna is determined to fight—but the fight comes with a significant financial cost. It’s a heavy burden for one person to carry, but with love, support, and community behind her, that weight can be lifted. Chyna isn’t walking this path alone. By her side are her family, friends, and—most importantly—her beloved daughter, Adah James. It’s Adah’s love that fuels Chyna’s strength and unshakable resolve. For Adah’s future—and for the chance to share many more tomorrows together—Chyna is choosing to fight with everything she has. Your support can make a real difference. ✨ How I stay on a ketogenic diet on the go ✨

One obvious answer would be to order a salad 🥗 but a new favorite of mine lately has been subbing a bun with a lettuce wrap.
👉🏼 My go to meal on the road is a grilled chicken club with extra cheese and bacon 🥓 lettuce wrapped (this is from chic-fil-a).
It’s a simple swap but it’s honestly delicious.
