This documentary, by Duc Nguyen, director and founder of Right Here in My Pocket, explores the Vietnamese experience of family, identity, and healing across generations. We invite our community to come together to discuss these themes. 🏠❤️

✨🌹1ST ANNUAL MENTAL HEALTH SEMINAR: How to Care for a Rose🌹✨

Sticking our mission to provide accessible mental health resources and safe spaces, we are excited to finally present our first annual Mental Health Seminar: “How to Care for a Rose.” 🧠🪴

This year’s theme invites us to explore what it means to nurture emotional wellness. Like a rose, we bloom best when we’re tended to with patience, understanding, and love. Together, we’ll explore the stigma surrounding mental health in our community and take part in interactive workshops on topics such as communicating our needs, Alzheimer’s prevention, and boosting mental cognition. 🔎🧐

Enjoy a complimentary lunch and inspiring day hosted by our team. Grow your understanding, discover new tools for self-care, and foster a compassionate community where mental well-being is prioritized and every individual is empowered to thrive. We look forward to seeing you there! 🥰
