Bianca has never been to India. Still, one picture stays with her: children walking through the front door of their new home for the first time.
"In the busy of life, to actually press pause and envision multiple children walking in the front door for the first time alone... wrecks me."
It started with family. When her sister-in-law Lindsay came back from India, she talked about what she'd seen with her own eyes and said, someday I want to build one for them. Bianca never forgot it.
She's been building ever since. Lemonade stands with her kids. Gatherings with her Sisterhood community. Businesses invited to give. Merch, flyers, and a portion of her skincare sales every single month. This fall, her Sisterhood chapters are joining in to get the home finished.
"I would be lying if I said it has been easy, but in the end this home will be worth it for the children."
Her advice if you're thinking about funding a home: "See it, pray about it, and present it all back to God. Stay committed."
