Summer LEAP testing will take place Monday, June 22 through Wednesday, June 24 for students who are required to test.

Students needing to participate will receive specific testing information, including report times and testing dates, through their school email account. Please check email regularly for updates and important instructions.

We ask that students arrive on time and prepared on their assigned testing day.

As you prepare for registration and the upcoming school year, now is the perfect time to review the OHS Dress Code and begin gathering approved uniform items.

Key reminders:
✔️ Polo shirts must be plain white, navy, or black
✔️ Bottoms must be khaki or navy
✔️ Belts must be plain black, brown, khaki, white, or navy
✔️ Outerwear must be plain black, white, heather gray, or navy with no hoods, logos, or emblems
✔️ Backpacks must be clear or mesh
✔️ Shoes must be closed toe and closed heel

Please review the flyer carefully for dress code expectations, approved items, and items that are not permitted on campus.

Summer may have just begun, but it's not too early to start preparing for the 2026-2027 school year.

Registration for Opelousas High School will take place:

📅 July 29 - Grades 7, 8 & 9
📅 July 30 - Grades 10, 11 & 12
⏰ 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Before registration day, be sure to gather the required documents:
✔️ Two current proofs of address for all students (utility bills preferred)
✔️ Birth certificate (especially new students and seniors)
✔️ Withdrawal form from previous school for new students
✔️ Final report card or transcript for new students

📸 Students should wear a uniform shirt for ID pictures.
