On August 18, 1979, the “18 Ivettes” chartered Mu Sigma Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Last weekend, we celebrated 46 years of service and sisterhood. Members enjoyed a family fun day at the park and worship service and sisterly fellowship. We look forward to the continued impact that the chapter will have on the community in the years to come.
